Mar 25, 2019  This package contains the driver for Realtek memory card reader. The Realtek memory card reader driver enables communication between the Realtek card reader and the operating system. The package is supported on Dell OptiPlex, Precision, Latitude, XPS, Alienware, Inspiron, and Vostro systems that run Windows 10 operating systems. I have a Dell XPS 15 9550 and the SD card reader stopped working abruptly a few months back. Now I found some time to resolve this. I downloaded the Realtek PCI-E Memory Card Reader Driver (ChipsetDriverMDR6DWN3210.0.9A03.EXE) from Dell Support.

After you upgrade your computer to Windows 10, if your Dell Card Reader Drivers are not working, you can fix the problem by updating the drivers. It is possible that your Card Reader driver is not compatible with the newer version of Windows.
